MIDAE MARKETING's roots go back ten years to when Aquafarm
Development was established and the first abalone were exported to Hong Kong in 1998.
Aquafarm joined forces with HIK Abalone in 2002 to form a joint marketing organization. In May 2005, the joint marketing organization
became MIDAE MARKETING (PTY) LTD., a separate company with the same management.
In 2006, West Coast Abalone acquired a 10% share in MIDAE MARKETING.
